The dental congress in Dubai (to which most international speaks of the AIDC are going, and declined invitations to the AIDC) would have never had as many mistakes and as horrible organization as our AIDC had...because these mistakes simply to not happen (at least not at such a magnificent scale)
Plus, I suggest that anyone go online to the ADA website, and search in the worldwide calendar (in November) for the AIDC :)
that being said, I was unfortunate enough to be an organizer in the AIDC registration, and to be insulted and embarrassed by congress attendees because of teammate incompetence.
