لم اكن اتخيل ان تصل الامور إلى ذلك
كيف يتطاول الاستاذ الدكتور احمد المحلاوي وكيل الكلية لشئون الطلاب على طلاب الكليه اللذين يطالبون بحقوقهم المشروعه ... كيف يصل الحد إلى ان يقول لاثنين من أعضاء الاتحاد ( اللي بتعملوه ده قلة ادب )
هل اصبحت المطالبة بالحق تجاوزات هل اجرمنا عندما عبرنا عن مطالبنا ..... هل هذا رد فعل استاذ في موقع مسئوليه .. هل هكذا يجب ان يكون معلمينا ... هل هذا هو المسؤل عن شئون طلاب هذه الكليه .
لكن يجب ان يعلم اننا لا نقبل مثل هذه الاهانه .. و كل هذه الافعال لا تزيدنا إلى غضبا واصرارا على موقفنا
بعد ما حدث من الدكتور احمد المحلاوي اصبحنا على يقين بأهمية مانطالب به وعلى يقين ان من يتعامل مع الطلاب بمثل ذلك لا يجب ان يكون في مثل هذا الموقع
هل يستطيع أحد ان ينكر مثل هذا الخطأ ؟
لابد لنا من وقفة تجاه ذلك ...... انتظرونا .. فنحن لن نقبل الاهانه ولن نفرط في حقوقنا
احنا طلاب محترمين وعارفين حدودنا كويس اوى وعارفين نقول رأينا بكل ادب واحترام وما فيش كلمه واحده صدرت مننا فيها غلط فى حد سواء فى بياناتنا او فى حديثنا المباشر مع الاداره ..... حقوقنا وبنطالب بيها بكل ادب واحترام ليه نتقابل بالرد ده !!!!

أنا فعلا مصدوم من الموضوع ده ... إزاي ده يحصل وإزاي أستاذ دكتور في منصب زي ده يتهمنا اتهام زي ده ؟ أنا واللهِ مش لاقي كلام أقوله غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ... احنا المثل الأعلى للإحترام والادب والمسئولية في الكلية دي وأنا مقبلش إن يتقال علينا كلام زي ده ... حسبي ربي و كفي ...
اللي حصل ده مش مقبول ابدا باي طريقه كلنا محترمين الحمد لله ومش معقول الناس اللي انتخبناهم يتقالهم كده لان ده معناه اننا كلنا مش محترمين وكليه الناس اللي مش محترمين دي هيه الي مطلعه الدكاتره والاستاذه والعمداء والوكلاء !!!!! وكل واحد فينا عارف حدودو واحنا بنطالب بابسط حقوقنا ولكل حد في الدوله دي متمسك بمنصب ايه معناه منصب بيدافع عنو بالالفاظ والتهديدات !!! لما نطلب ان الاداره تتغير (بالانتخاب يعني ممكن القيادات الموجوده ترجع تاني دا معناه ضعف موقف الاداره ولو استمرت يبقى بتقلل من نفسها كتييير ايه الفكره من اللي بيحصل ده ملوش اي معنى ومحدش فينا هيتنازل عن حقو حتى لو بانو يقول كلمه وبكل احترام محدش فينا خرج عن الحدود ولا هيخرج لااننا مش كده ........ )
اتحاد الطلبه بجد هما الناس اللي احنا اخترناهم علشان يمثلوا صوتنا في الكليه لانهم ناس محترمين و جدرين بالمسئوليه واللي طالبوه ده مطلب كل طالب في الكليه عايزها تكون أفضل من الوضع اللي احنا فيه و انا كالطلبه في الكليه و لم اكن من الاتحاد اشيد باحترامهم و انهم بيطالبوا بحقوقنا بكل ذوق و ادب و لم يقبل احد من الطلبه اهانتهم لان اهانتهم اهانه للطلبه جميعا فهم صوتنا الذي اختارنه كي يمثلنا و لهم جزيل الشكر لما قدموا لنا
كل فرد فينا بيشتغل لمصلحة الكيان اللي بيشعر ان له فضل عليه .. كلنا بنخلص في حب كليتنا.. عمرنا ما انتظرنا المقابل .. ( لو ) الكلام دا صحيح .. ف شكرا جزيلا ..
ان غدا لناظره قريب .. احنل كلنا مع الحق وكلنا ايد واحده لحد ما ناخد حقنا و ان شاء الله ربنا معانا وهينصرنا
انا مش عارف ليه القيادات بتتعامل بالطريقه دى ومش عايزه تفهم ان فى ثوره قامت عشان التغير وعشان كل واحد فى اى مكان يختار قيادته بايده مش تتفرض عليه بالتعين وعشان كل طلبه مصر ومعظم اعضاء هيئه التدريس عارفين ازاى كانت طريقه تعين القيادات الجامعيه بنطالب بتغير القيادات والاختيار بالانتخاب وده مالهوش اى علاقه بمساله شخصيه ده عشان صالح البلد والجامعه واكيد ما فيش اى حد خايف على البلد وعلى الجامعه حيرفض ده
ما حدث لا يقلل من شأن أي واحد من اتحاد الطلبة المنتخب النزيه لأنه لا يوجد انسان عاقل يصدق هذه الصفات علي طلبة اقل ما يقال عليهم انهم من افضل طلبة طب اسنان و اكثرهم احتراما و اجتهادا
معرفة ما صدر عن وكيل الطلبة تجاه الطلبة شيء مؤسف جدا لم يكن ليصدقه احد لولا اننا متأكدين تمام التأكد من مصادرنا و نثق فيهم لأبعد الحدود
لن نتنازل ابدا عن مطالبنا المشروعه ان شاء الله....
راجعوا انفسكم بالله عليكم قبل ان يفوت الاوان !!

Dear 4th year students
Welcome back big guys who are now supposed to be our senior dental students. Really missed all your conversations and debates although it seems you never take a break, not even in vacation ??!!! I do not know what happened, but I know you are all very special and wonderful students. However, I am sure you also know that students do not share in any kind of elections in the faculties allover Egyptian Universities,whether for dean, vice dean or head of departments. Only staff members have this right . So, I can't see where is the problem in this situation? If you want to make positive changes, think of something feasible like what you proposed before regarding curriculum contents, exams, transparency and other issues which are more related to your academic life. Our faculty is one of the best, if it is not the best, in Egypt. Please take advantage of being members of this great place and let's try to make it better together by having the vision, the good will and persistence of putting our faculty in the forefront and this will be only achieved by your creative thoughts and ideas. Please be creative !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Concerning what happened for us to post on the forum it is as follows:
We (student union) were insulted and called impolite because of the letters that were sent to the administration and to the head of the university asking them to leave their posts. Now although there is a difference in opinion concerning the topics, I believe and so do my colleagues, that being called impolite for trying to express our opinion, however flamboyant or outrageous, is unfair, and simply wrong. By the way, we never received an apology either :) with all due respect of course to our professor Dr Ahmed.
Anyway, concerning the elections, although true that students, under the current law to not have the right to vote - which I hope changes by time, not sure how faculty members stand on the issue - it's a matter of principle. I'd love to elaborate in person some time if I ever have a chance because there is more to it that can be written, and - although still a firm believer in the principle and what it stands for - perhaps one might have begun looking at it differently due to the circumstances - and of course this is my own personal opinion, and no one elses.

First, I really admire your very polite and eloquent way of expressing yourself and hence I am sure what happened was just a misunderstanding and not ment to be an insult because you cannot be impolite neither your colleagues. Secondly, as far as I understood, you are always welcome to come anytime to discuss whatever you want in person. You know we are all available at the faculty all the time. Regarding staff members opinion, I assume that if they did not ask for any changes for the time being, this means they know that the current administration has to first accomplish the tasks assigned to them before leaving their posts. Do you think it is wise to call for change just for the sake of change with no foreward look to the near future ???? I think this is not very smart unless you have very specific vision or plan ??!!!! What I am sure of is that we all love our faculty and we are all proud of being or will be graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University. Maybe each one of us, staff and students, loves it differently, but we all have the same aim and objective of being the best. Good luck my friend because this is a huge responsibility !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry to tell you that our administrators should leave their place and let the elections bring us others or the same ... then the coming start a new plan to develop this faculty and change the very very very bad situation of our faculty in the dentistry field
I attended congresses and searched the web generally in the field that made me feel we aren't in a faculty of dentistry really this bad system is responsible for lot of badly qualified dentists in our country

many steps are mandatory to be taken by our professors to change that
