Salam Alekom Teammates,
Meeting of students' representatives with Dean is on Thursday in sha Allah, Friday off (al hamd Lellah), Saturday is study start, can we meet on Sunday? Please see if this agrees with you all:

• Place: computer lab, ground floor old building to the left of the entrance
• Time: Sunday, March 6th, at ?? o'clock: what suits you (Please try to have it after 8 am and before 2 pm)
• Duration: about 40 min (I think/ hope)
• Who will attend: undergraduate students interested in elearning, website and electronic dental records, sarah el sakhawy, radwa hanafy (elearning unit) and myself
• Agenda:

1. discuss suggestions for modifications (add- modify- delete) of existing ecourses
2. explore any ideas to attack and revolutionize the website
3. roles of personnel
4. anything else you can think of but pls come prepared: specific points to cover your needs- no speeches
5. drafting an action plan: who does what, when
6. agree on a provisional time for next meeting and a method to communicate in the meantime
   

pls select someone to write down things clearly and take minutes. select someone also to follow specific tasks until following meeting
