Pls notice that the grades of continuous assessment will most probably be corrected by the OMR- the software than scans the shaded responses, not by the elearning system. This means that it can not be automatically sent to your emails. To do this, depts need to send to the elearning unit a soft copy of the grades with emails added. In theory, this can be done by a higher level decision so you may want to discuss this proposal with Dr Dean or Dr Vice Dean for Students' Affairs in a meeting or something.

I agree about the part related to privacy.
