نظرا لما حدث من خلاف على اختيار الطلاب الممثلين للفرقة الثالثة اقترح عليكم ما يلى
موقع الكلية اعلن عن 5 اسماء يمثلون الطلاب و رفض ذلك البعض
و لكن الاسماء دى هما هى اللى فعلا اشتغلت فى الايام اللى فاتت و هما اللى اتكلمو عننا بطريقة مشرفة
لذا اقترح ان يمثلنا هؤلاء حتى بداية الدراسة حتى لا تتوقف حركة المطالب ولا يضعف صوتنا
و على من يستطيع .... ان يشارك معهم بمقتراحاته
و عند بدا الدراسة تكون انتخابات بحضور جميييييييييع الطلاب لان انتخابات قبل الدراسة تحرم الكثيرين من المشاركة و حق الاختيار
مراعاة منا لمن لم تمكنه الظروف من المشاركةاثناء الاجازات و من لا برتضى بالمشاركة عبر الانترنت
فيجب ان تكون الانتخابات نزيهه بحضور جميع الطلاب

الذي لا تمنعه الظروف أن يشارك في صناعة حدث لا يكون في العمر إلا مرة واحدة
لذا أنا مع أن تكون غدا الجلسة نقاشية نخرج منها متفقين تماما على المفوضين باسم دفعة الفرقة الثالة
كلامي هذا لمن اعترض على الأشخاص الذين تم انتخابهم
أما من لم يعارض
فعليه التواجد غدا أيضا لإقرار وجهة نظره

Hi everybody in the 3rd year
I am really sorry for not understanding the alphabet you are communicating with. It is a little bit difficult for me !!! I hope I understood that you are all agreeing about electing the same 5 persons who represented you in the dean's meeting because I was really very impressed by their elegant, polite and positive way of presenting your demands. I hated the attitude of some of the 1st, 2nd and 4th year students while talking in the meeting. Revolution on the old rules does not mean being rude, impolite or uncivilized. If you need something badly, you have to learn how to get it. This is called communication skills. By the way, this will be our first lecture in the new semester inshaAllah !!!!!!!!! till the beginning of our study,then all students will come the faculty and able to participate in the elections,so we have fair elections .
but till that we will keep working and collect suggestions from our colleagues and our representatives will advance these suggestions to our doctors .

I hope to see everybody in the faculty like you- third year students; knowing what you want, organized, working towards your goals, achieving objectives in a smart way, behaving in a civilized way and controlling your feelings and how you express yourselves.
You really give me hope. Not only you three representatives but all third year students who are willing for a common good goal to sacrifice personal gains. Articulating demands is only the first step. Seeing these demands come true is completely different.

Dear Manar, Mohammad and everybody
I wish you all the best of luck in your negociations with the dean and faculty administration. I am sure she will appreciate your objective way of handling the demands. As we discussed before, let your goals be SMART ( Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound). You are great representatives of all your generation and it's our pleasure, my colleagues and I, to support you all the way, not only now but also later when you will come back to us as postgraduates inshaAllah. Furthermore, please do not get upset or depressed if some of your demands might not be achieved right away due to any obstacles because there is always hope in the future !!!!!!! Good luck to you all.
